About Me

Melissa is a North Shore native with a keen eye for finding the perfect home for her buyers and helping sellers sell quick and get top dollar. Having grown up in Vernon Hills, Melissa left the Chicagoland area for college (On Wisconsin!) and after graduation, moved to the city to pursue fundraising and event planning. Not long after, Melissa and her husband, Jason, moved from the city to Deerfield.  The process of looking for and purchasing a home made Melissa realize that she held a deep curiosity and passion for real estate.  
 
In 2015, Melissa became the co-founder of boutique buyer's brokerage with her mother-in-law on the North Shore.  While she loved working with buyers, she wanted to expand her focus to include sellers. Just recently, she decided to go out on her own and head home to Baird & Warner. 
 
Melissa stays with her buyers and sellers every step of the way.  She takes pride in easing the stress of her clients and building true connections with them.  When not attending open houses and home inspections, Melissa can be found chasing after her two daughters Mia and Sari, on her Peloton (follow her #SpindaMELa), or binge watching shows at a painfully slow pace.
